Irkless or OmniFocus?
OmniFocus is the most thorough task manager there is, and a lot to set up. Irkless gives you most of the method with far less configuring, on any computer.

- Custom perspectives, and sequential and parallel projects.
- The finer settings. Irkless has fewer knobs on purpose.
Stay with OmniFocus if you live in its perspectives and project types, or you're all-in on Apple and happy.

Moving from OmniFocus
- Get your OmniFocus tasks out as plain text, one task per line. OmniFocus for iPhone and iPad can export a CSV: copy the column of task names.
- In Irkless, open a project or the Inbox and paste. Each line becomes a task, and a line indented under another becomes its subtask.
- Sort them at your own pace: into projects, Today, Someday or Waiting For.
