Irkless is a personal productivity application designed to help individuals organize tasks, projects, and goals. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payment terms will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

9. Price for Life Guarantee

We offer a "Price for Life Guarantee" to all subscribers. This means:

• Locked-in pricing: The subscription price at the time you sign up is the price you will continue to pay for as long as you remain a subscriber, even if we increase prices for new customers.
• Continuous subscription required: This guarantee applies only while your subscription remains active without interruption. If your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or payment fails and is not resolved within the grace period, the guarantee is voided.
• Re-subscription pricing: If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you will be charged the current price at the time of re-subscription, not your original rate.
• Plan changes: If you change your subscription plan (e.g., from monthly to annual, or vice versa), we will honour the equivalent pricing from when you originally subscribed. For example, if you signed up at $5/month and later switch to annual, you'll pay the annual rate that was available at your original signup, not the current rate.

This guarantee is our commitment to rewarding loyal customers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee for new subscribers at any time, but existing guarantees will be honoured.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irkless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
